Retained support

Ongoing Localization Support

Keep the operating decisions connected after the review. A diagnostic or redesign holds up better when someone maintains the controls, tests the reports and makes the next decision. Retained advisory work can support the provider relationship or a broader localization program without transferring daily production ownership to JPK.

Decision basis

Two different ongoing responsibilities

Governance support interprets provider reporting, decisions, risks, and quarterly business reviews for one principal provider relationship. A Fractional Localization Lead adds program priorities, roadmap, and cross-functional decision support, with those Governance outcomes integrated into the same engagement for one provider. It does not assume daily production or automatically include separate implementation/change leadership.

Provider evidence
Review performance, exceptions, commitments, and renewal readiness with the operating owner.
Decision ownership
Keep buyer authority clear while recording actions, owners, and unresolved decisions.
Program direction
Use roadmap priorities and cross-functional decisions when broader fractional leadership is needed.
Governance cadence
Match monthly or weekly support and quarterly reviews to the retained responsibility.

Evidence limits

More reporting does not automatically mean more control.

A QBR pack or action log is only useful when someone can interpret the evidence, decide what follows, and hold the appropriate owner accountable. Neither arrangement replaces your decision authority or your production team.

Possible outcomes

Retained help is not always necessary.

When the program has capable owners, working controls, and a sustainable decision cadence, a fixed engagement and a clear handoff may be sufficient. Continuing support should match the responsibilities that still need attention.

Choose the continuing responsibility you need covered.

The LSP Governance Retainer focuses on one provider relationship. The Fractional Localization Lead supports priorities and decisions across the wider program.
