JPK Northwest is founder-led and deliberately lean. You work with senior localization advisers directly, with additional expertise brought in only when the work benefits from it.

Piotr Keller

Founder and Localization Advisor

Piotr leads JPK Northwest. He has run enterprise localization at scale, with portfolios up to 60 languages and 20M+ words a quarter. That work spans provider strategy, quality governance, LQA program design, AI-enabled delivery, and post-merger operating-model integration, with governance across Product, Engineering, and Operations.

He helps clients diagnose where localization friction comes from, separate provider problems from operating-model problems, and make sharper calls on providers, quality, and AI.

Jennifer Truluck

Jennifer Truluck

Senior Operations and Quality Advisor

Jennifer advises on program operations, language quality, and workflow improvement. Her background spans enterprise localization, multilingual content production, AI translation, and terminology and translation-memory governance, with formal process grounding in Lean Six Sigma and PMP and coordination across operations, quality, content, and customer-experience teams in travel, edtech, and software.

She helps clients tighten consistency, cut manual effort, and connect quality decisions to how the work actually runs.

Robert Sikora

Robert Sikora

Delivery and Quality Consultant

Robert advises on localization delivery and linguistic quality. His background covers both sides of the table, including in-house translation management and LSP delivery, across multi-language production, UI localization, linguistic testing, terminology and quality-criteria design, reporting, and business analysis, coordinating across linguists, engineers, reviewers, and providers.

He is the person to ask why a delivery date slipped when nothing in the schedule changed.

How the team works

One team, scoped to the work.

Some engagements are led directly by JPK Northwest. Others bring in selected advisers or specialists when the work benefits from additional depth.

Before work begins, you know who is involved, why they are involved, and what role they play.

Additional people join because the work needs their expertise, not because the engagement needs a larger team.

Independence

The advice is not tied to a provider, tool, or commercial outcome.

The same independence standard applies whether we are helping define a new program, assess an existing one, or support the people who own it.

  • We accept no commissions, referral fees, revenue share, or other compensation tied to a provider recommendation, selection, renewal, commercial outcome, or the content of a finding.

  • We resell no software, tooling, or provider services.

  • You work with one named adviser as the single point of contact.

  • We draw on additional specialists where needed, covered by NDA and conflict screening.

Providers may engage JPK directly for work such as reporting, governance, transparency, or customer visibility. We do not alter a finding based on who commissioned the work.
