The call is not a miniature audit. Its job is to understand the decision and whether there is a sensible piece of work behind it.

We separate evidence from assumptions, interpretation, and open questions.
If there is a useful next step, we identify what it should answer. If the better answer is to wait, gather more evidence, or leave the current setup alone, that is a valid outcome too.
