Last updated: June 2026
JPK Northwest LLC ("we," "our," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit jpknorthwest.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Who we are
This website is operated by JPK Northwest LLC, based in Washington. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, you can reach us through the contact form on this site.
What we collect
We only collect personal information in three situations:
1. When you submit our contact form. We collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and continue any resulting conversation. We do not share it with third parties, sell it, or use it for marketing.
2. When you browse the site. Our hosting provider and Google Analytics automatically collect basic technical information, including your IP address, which Google processes to provide aggregated analytics, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and the pages you visit. This data is used to monitor site performance and understand how visitors use the site. It is not combined with any other data and cannot be used to personally identify you.
3. When you book a fit call. We use Calendly, a third-party scheduling service, to let you book calls. When you schedule, Calendly collects your name, email address, and any details you provide, and processes that data on its servers in accordance with its own privacy policy. We use it solely to schedule and prepare for our conversation.
How we use your data
To respond to inquiries you send through our contact form.
To monitor and improve site performance.
To meet any legal obligations that may apply.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not send unsolicited emails.
Cookies
When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you accept cookies or learn more about how they are used. Essential cookies support basic site functionality; non-essential cookies (including analytics and our embedded scheduling tool) are used in line with the choice you make. You can also configure your browser to reject or alert you to cookies. Disabling cookies may limit some site functionality.
If you interact with our embedded scheduling tool (Calendly), Calendly may also set its own cookies to provide and secure that service. These are governed by Calendly's own cookie and privacy policies.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes IP addresses to provide aggregated, non-identifying analytics. The data is processed on Google's servers, including in the United States.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
For more information on how Google handles this data, see Google's privacy policy.
How long we keep your data
Contact form submissions and related emails: retained for the life of the business relationship and for a reasonable period afterward for records and follow-up.
Analytics data: retained according to Google Analytics' default retention settings.

You have the right to:
Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
Ask us to correct or delete your personal data.
Withdraw consent for any data processing based on consent.
File a complaint with a relevant data protection authority if you believe your rights have been violated.

Security
We treat your personal data as confidential and use reasonable technical measures to protect it. However, no method of transmitting data over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of data sent to us via email or web forms.
